Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Devcipator retains the right to showcase completed work as a case study unless the client requests confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
Devcipator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
